Israel to allow vaccinated or recovered tourists to enter starting November 1

The Israeli Ministry of Health has formally announced the scheme to allow foreign visitors to enter Israel. The scheme  abolishes the COVID-19 regulation that required an Entry Permit for Business Person.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Israel has managed to quickly respond to both the medical and market demands, while allowing all eligible populations to be vaccinated and responding to the economic needs of Israel, such as allowing business visits.

We expect that in the following days, the Ministry of Interior will publish regulation and clarifications while gaining experience with the new scheme.

The following are the English version the scheme. We urge any traveler to read the official government website by clicking here prior to planning or taking any international travel to or from Israel. In any case of conflict between the Government website and the information provided by KTA, the Government information will prevail.
